It features an adjustable telescopic rod and padded handle for ease of use. It also has two combination black nickel locks for added security. Two handy 9 x 6 x 2 inch exterior pockets with Velcro closures offer generous storage that is easy to get to, and yet provide security against items falling out. The case also features a huge 15 ½ x 9 ½ x 3 inch gusseted file pocket with black nickel lock in the front.
