If you are not completely satisfied with your BeltOutlet.com purchase, exchange or return it within 90 days for a new product, full refund or gift card. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Please be mindful that items should be returned in their original product package, shipped in a box or bag that will not damage the product, and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used or damaged). If the item is not in “like-new” condition, please contact our Customer Service team before returning. Please mail the item(s) at your expense to the address below using your preferred carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If you are exchanging an item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you at our expense once we receive the returned item(s).
Please note that we cannot guarantee fit. Although we make every effort to provide accurate size charts and information for our products, sizing can vary by manufacturer and may not fit as you expect. In those cases, you are welcome to return the items to us at your expense and we will ship you a different size at our expense.

Please note that returns with a product value of over $150, luggage, and refused packages may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Volume sales may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom items are not refundable.
