I appreciate all of the shipping information being given up front, unlike with many other merchants, as I needed my items fast for a trip, but didn't want to pay for express shipping unless it was needed (in this case, the UPS calculation on the site indicated that delivery would be guaranteed in time for my trip with only their Ground service, saving me express shipping costs I might have paid elsewhere - giving this info to customers really enhancing the buying experience). I just wanted to say that I ordered a number of pashminas (some for myself) for use in my wedding for the bridal party. The pashminas were gorgeous, matched perfectly with everything, and kept the girls both pretty and warm! If you want any pictures for testimonials, I'm sure they'd be happy to do so!

Hello. This was my first time purchasing from this company. I had purchased an item that was on sale for a christmas present. I couldn't believe that I found something so inexpensive that other companies were selling something similar at a higher cost. The purchase was simple enough, you plug in the credit card information and you receive the receipt after your confirmation. I received the items in the minimum amount of time it was to take to ship to my house. After inspecting the two items and noticed that one of the items was a bit damaged, I wrote them an email, half expecting an ignored email or a brush off due to the item being on sale. The damage wasn't something they would recognize without having opened the box. Before 24 hours was up, I clicked on the email response from them in my inbox. I was surprised to find that the email response from the lady in their customer service department was very professional, apologetic and offered to resend the one item before Christmas! I was very happy and relieved that they were so professional and took care of their customer (me). I hope that those reading this won't abuse their professionalism, but can read this to be rest assured that if something that was not under your control were to happen, you can expect great service from them. I would definitely order from them again and glad to find such an online company who really values the customers who appreciates their great work ethics.
