IHat Sizing: Tilley Hats fit more comfortably than other hats. To find your size, simply use a tape measure to measure around your head in inches, just above your eyebrows (do not pull tight). Order options are given in inches and hat size. If you already know your regular hat size, please order one size larger when you order your Tilley.

Tilley's Guarantee: If you ever succeed in wearing out your Tilley Hat, send us the remains and we will replace it free. If you want to keep your faithful, old, worn-out friend, tell us and we'll return it to you. We understand. Upon purchase, your Hat is covered by a two year, all-peril, 50% deductible, Hat Insurance Policy to take the pain out of loss or irreparable damage.

The T4IS is made from 10-ounce (per square yard) cotton duck, a tough, soft, closely woven, mercilessly preshrunk, water-and mildew-repellent, canvas-like material.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash on delicate cycle or hand wash in cool water. Do not use bleach. Smooth and reshape the Hat by hand and set it out to air dry. Wash it frequently or non-removable sweat stains will mar it and discolor fabric. Do not dry clean.

Available in Khaki with Olive underbrim, in sizes 6-7/8 - 8+ (fits up to 8 3/8). All T4IS hats are Special Order. Special orders take about 8-10 days to ship.
