Elieshades can be returned (save the box they arrive in) within the first 30 days of receipt. When you receive them - open the package
and try them on. You can even wear the sunglasses for a few days. If you decide you don't like the look of them you can return them for a refund or exchange.
To return them:
Simply mail the sunglasses back to us in the "mail safe" box you received them in.
Include a copy of your packing slip and write on it what you would like us to do:
- Issue a refund for the sunglasses, or
- Exchange the sunglasses
If you chose Exchange - we will pay for the shipping on your new pair of sunglasses!
*This policy applies to Sunglasses that are returned in "like new" condition. In other words - you break 'em, you keep 'em.
